Our board members come from diverse professional backgrounds and bring their unique perspectives to the tasks and work of the board. At this time, we are seeking new board members with a background in finance or accounting as well as a board member with marketing and communications or fund development experience. Applications are open now for positions coming available in November 2025.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria Capital Region Board of Directors is made up of compassionate and caring community members who volunteer their time to support agency governance. Our board establishes the agency’s strategic plan, oversees financial health, and supports various initiatives through specialized committees.
