Calling all connectors, innovators, and community leaders!

Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria Capital Region for Open Space, Open Doors – an impactful and interactive afternoon focused on the power of mentorship. Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind opportunity to share stories, create connections, and inspire action with a curated group of local change-makers.

At Open Space, everyone has the chance to contribute to meaningful change right here in our community. Guided by the Wirk Consulting team, you will:

  • Hear from an inspiring panel of mentors and mentees
  • Co-create an agenda guided by a powerful question
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with your peers
  • Collaborate on shared priorities and solutions
  • Walk away with a clear path to impact

This event celebrates the 75 Doors  campaign, where local businesses and individuals are opening doors to mentorship for youth on our waitlist. The time is now to step forward, come together, and unlock the potential of our next generation.

Opening Doors for Kids in our Community

Gaps in funding for our programs mean that we are not able to match every child in need with a mentor. Right now, there are more than 150 children on our waitlist – and many young people wait a year or more to begin their mentoring journeys.

Your business can help us open doors to mentorship for our community’s most vulnerable youth. Each $2,500 sponsorship opens one door. If we reach our goal of 75 doors, we can match 75 children on our waitlist with the mentors they have been hoping for.
