This agreement shall begin on the signing date and continue until April 24th, 2021.

The event will run from March 7th- April 24th, 2021. Move for Mentoring is a fundraising event where over 150 local businesses and community members, pledge to complete chosen exercises for each dollar they raise, try different movement classes and compete for earn prizes.

Responsibilities of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria*

DEPENDING ON SPONSORSHIP PURCHASED ABOVE:

Gold: Opportunity to display a 30 second video to all participants at the virtual launch and wrap up party.

Gold: Company name recognition on 5 or more posts on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) with upwards of 1,400 followers, throughout the 7-week event.

Gold/Silver: Brand recognition on 2 posts on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) with upwards of 1,200 followers each, throughout the 7-week event.

Gold/Silver/Bronze: BBBSV Bi-Monthly Newsletter Highlight, with over 2100 newsletter subscribers

Gold/Silver/Bronze: BBBSV will display your company logo on main website with a link to your company website.

All Sponsors: Your company will have the opportunity to create a corporate fundraising team with unlimited team members. All members will get free access to all virtual fitness classes during the 7-week period (at least 12 classes), weekly healthy recipes, and warm up and cool down routines.

Fitness Sponsor: Company recognition on our Sponsor page on the Move for Mentoring website with a detailed description of your company and a link to your website.

FItness Sponsor: At the beginning of your sponsored week BBBSV will send participants a link via email to your website to encourage participation, brand recognition and sign up for future classes.

Fitness Sponsor: Company naming of the week “Fit Feet Week Presented by: _____”.

Fitness Sponsor: BBBSV will curate 3 or more sponsored social media posts during your sponsored week.

Fitness/Prize Sponsor: 3 or more social media mentions during your sponsored week

All Sponsors: BBBSV will make media mention of your company during opening and wrap up virtual party

BBBSV will assign one or more Event Coordinators to the event. The assigned staff will be the primary contact person for BDV. Name of ECs may be listed here: Taylor Watson & Raeleigh Aberg

Responsibilities of Event Sponsor*

DEPENDING ON SPONSORSHIP PURCHASED ABOVE:
Gold: Provide a cash sponsorship of $1000 payable to Big Brothers Big Sisters Victoria by April 1st, 2021
Silver: Provide a cash sponsorship of $500 payable to Big Brothers Big Sisters Victoria by April 1st, 2021
Bronze: Provide a cash sponsorship of $250 payable to Big Brothers Big Sisters Victoria by April 1st, 2021

Fitness Sponsor: Provide at least 2 fitness classes over Zoom as well as an end of the week prize during your sponsored week.
*Optional: Provide 1 additional fitness class during week 7 variety week of event.

Prize Sponsor: Provide a prize to use as fundraising incentive, or grand prize incentive during any week of event or final prize draw.

All Sponsors: Provide various high resolution logos/pictures to BBBSV for event communications, virtual materials and website advertising.

Will mention Move for Mentoring event on their various social media channels/mailing lists at least 3 times between this date and April 24th, 2021.

Provide a link on your website to our Canada Helps Move for Mentoring Fundraising page to help promote the event and educate teams.

Assign a sponsorship liaison or contact person who is responsible for coordinating the partnership with BBBSV. The SL is the primary contact person for BBBSV and will provide prompt and clear communications between both parties.

Will encourage/send out to all vendors/partners of the company to either sponsor the event at a Gold, Silver or Bronze level, or create a corporate team to help fundraise toward the cause.

Shared Responsibilities Between Both Parties*

Each party shall notify the other of any changes toward partnership or event dates/rules/details. Any changes will be indicated by a written amendment that is signed by both partners and attached to the original agreement.

Each party shall maintain valid policies of liability insurance.

Each party shall notify the other of any external communications related to the event that may occur (including but not limited to external communications with the media).
