Employee Engagement

Employers who consider where their staff members volunteer and what charities interest them can experience a boost in their company’s overall morale. By giving employees the opportunity to give back to their ideal charity, they feel more positive, productive and more engaged in the community.

We have many employee engagement opportunities such as staff team participation in a fundraising event; staff “Caring Days” where employees volunteer as a group; or mentoring opportunities over the employee’s lunch hour. Additionally, employees are welcome to join our agency committees; become event volunteers; and when seats come available, volunteer on our Board of Directors. We are always open to discussing creative opportunities to meet your unique employee engagement requests.
